Human Implants Chip

RFID implanted chip had emerged decade age when the first human being; Kevin Warwick the professor of cybernetics at the Reading University injected under skin of his arm as a research project. Since then, variety of applications was presented to the public, but this technology predated to world war two eras when Radio Frequency Identification was invented, and used as a radar system. Recently, an advanced new version of sophisticated RFID system named "Human Implants Chip (HIC)" was designed.
To speed-up personal processing data for the different sector of human serving industry as well as medical and financial services. This piece of technology was admirable invention that intended boost efficiency and productivity of some businesses.
Specifically, in case of an emergence for a patient with serous medical condition like a heart-attack or stroke. Then, this microchip implanted under his/her skin would enable the medical professionals to scan and read medical record of the patient very quick.
Similarly, fast-pace business may use to in the future to process cashless scan-able chip embedded with their customer to handle transactions. However, this revolutionary technology has significantly affecting human dignity and the freedom of personal privacy.
The presentation of my classmate

It was not that long ago, when I heard 3D-printing technology ever since I would not encounter physically for 3D-printer, but what I only knew was its existence.  However, it is blowing your mind when you see a new technology effecting the way we use to think before. During the presentation time of last week in the class, one the students presented how 3D-printing technology will facilitate the construction of the first human base in the moon which some astronauts may live in the near future for research and exploration purposes at the beginning.

Also the technology would built a protection layer that can defended the base from radiation rays and asteroids that may hit the base since the moon has not protect for falling asteroids. Another amazing thing is that the technology will not use a raw material from the Earth, but it will use the surface of the moon as a build material. In really this is insane, and here is why Professor Andrew Fry said in the mid of the quarter, “we are driving 100 miles per hours down the hill in a foggy road” that means the technology is crazy and we have no idea what is going to happen tomorrow.
What makes a Community?

For many people, when community comes to their mind they right way recognizing the physical community that exists in their daily world such as neighbors, co-worker, friends, and even the people lives in the next block of their house. However, the community we are discussion today is totally different than the one we use to known for years, and it is nonphysical community but really exist in a virtual world.

Since the rising of social media for a while ago, the online community was grow exponentially from edge of the globe to the other edge of the globe. Even so, your online community may consist of your next door friend or someone in the lives in China. But at the same moment, you could interact, or communicate in a same way by chatting, teleconferencing or web comping to see in live action for every one the community. The online communities exist some many reasons today, from a friendship to a colleagues as well as educational, business, so on and so forth. But there is common related that connects between them, that is what makes the online community; the magic powerful of internet!!!
Convergence

It is obvious that, somethings are depend on the existence other-one that are introduced to before them. To say in the other words, since the inception of the modern technology decades ago. Every invention of new technology rely on, or somewhat related another technology that became before it. In the reality what is on the ground today were not even a fiction for little while ago. Such as self-driving cars and face scan make-up machine.

In fact, without internet connectivity all this embracing technologies were not even possible, and this is why we are address how all this technologies are combine to new innovative one  that uses the a collection others technologies that existed before it. This is what we call a convergence to combine many exist device, or systems and invent out of it from brand new one.

Dot.com boom and bust!

In the early 90's, the advancement of technology reached unprecedented level, where a media articles and Hollywood fictional films of technology forecast overtake the excitement of the population in the Unites States. The news were talking a someday in the near future refrigerators could display milk going out and shopping items was needed to refill. This kind of information about a new technology reached beyond its limit. It grasped the attention of many people to invest early for small startup tech-companies that were capable of changing the way world use to do the business before. This situation finally created a technological gold rash in the mid-90's.

However, there were some reasons that was caused the bust of Dot.com boom!

Over-excitement of investing new technology without unknowing the financial situations of those startup companies was a one factor.

Lack of institutional regulation about the tech-IPO and how those IPO should been traded. At the same time, how some companies go public was a part of the problem.

Rich faster and harry to invest was one of the obvious mistakes the many peoples made during the Dot.com.

Suddenly, in March, 2000 the financial market in New York collapsed due to bad investment of tech-companies IPO and the shares of most tech-companies dropped half or more. While so many companies out of business in matter of days.

Erik Hanberg.

For me, listening Erik as a guest speaker in our class was very special, and I am really appreciated the opportunity that Prof. Andrew Fry give us to meet, listening and asked Erik questions about his internet success story. Which was an encouragement of how benefit the unlimited opportunity of technology today and how someone can achieve a great things with using the internet advantage. Indeed, the takeaway of the guest speaker’s main points were:

¨     Internet is an opportunity for creative and self-driven entrepreneurial individuals that are willing to succeed in the world of technology.

¨     If you are realistic about your dreams and you have the energy to promote yourself into a beautiful future, internet is yours, and it has unlimited open door for you to accomplish your goal of better life.

¨     Finally the Erik speech was a motivational that elevated our dream as a students. If Erik succeed the world of technology and become a self- publishing author of nine books, then anyone else can also succeed with excuse.

Things I would not buy online

As a technology grow exponentially, the solution of anything becoming closer and closer. For not long ago, buying something online was a dream, or a fiction, but today the reality far different which I mean, we are debating. What we cannot buy online? Since online market become tool can sell everything. However, in my opinion, I would not buy the following things online.

*    Human organs and live animals.

*    First, it is an ethical issues for buying human organ, it is also very serious when it comes to buying thorough the internet too, where I cannot tested whether it alive, sick or dead organ. Secondly I cannot know whether it is a stolen organ or someone sell it because of financial hardship.

*    Similarly, live animal can be sick, or may have a behavior problems and etc. So it is better for me to checks their behavior and test their health before buying it online because they may have a rabies, or a similar diseases.

*    Buying drug prescription online can cause a serious problems. So I would not consider to buy something that is affecting my health. Because I do know whether the individual who prescribing the drug for me is certified or not. At the same time. I need to know whether I am allergic to the medication or not, before buying it. So it would not fit my option either.

*    Finally, I would prefer to go Grocery store, rather than buying online for fruits and vegetables because I want to buy fresh pieces that I can see, check, touch, and smile. And I don’t want to buy a pieces that has a damage, old or smile bad.

Therefore, I would not even considering to buying those things for the internet, because they are directly relate for my personal health and the well-being of myself. So, I would choose the best option which is; not buy those things online.

Search things thorough the internet.

Before the internet “boom” search things was very hard and time consumed subject. But after the boom, so many search engines emerged from the horizon. While those search engines were fighting dominate one other, they made the process of search things very fast, easy and simple. Now, to find things you need thorough out the internet will take you less an hour or so. For example, the scavenger hunt in our class for last Monday. All the 19 questions that Prof. Andrew Fry asked to search in the class time was found during the class period. Where some of those questions seemed like a puzzle for the beginning such as “what is the married name of my middle sister.” And so on.

However, what I wonder is not the fast time we found the answers but, the process of found private information of the Prof’s family thorough internet in a matter of hour. Which is shocking to me, if someone can find your private information, and personal records with short time. Like how some students found the Prof’s middle sister married name. And the students only known the Prof name Andrew Fry. Then, there is no such a privacy at all. Consequently, this means we already give up our personal information with not even notice it.

The dream of fictions story become reality.

Epic 2015, was the story a technological fictions that is predicting the direction internet heading in 2015. What is now the reality on the ground, which everyone cannot ignore, nor avoid to live without it?  And, it is the wonder of technology, what was a dream of yesterday is became the life line of today and it will be history of tomorrow. This is how the word of information technology advancing incredible amount of time over a short period of time.

In my prospective the rate that internet growing, and how technology corporations displacing the old media businesses make me to think where we heading tomorrow. As the technology dominate around the globe, also the market is changing too. For example, before some time we had so many media companies and different kinds of media publication, such as newspapers, magazines, journals, etc. consequently, this media is either declining or  it is not exist anymore. Which very sad in a way, something that was part of our lives for a long time easily disappearing. While we can predicted where this crazy technology lead us in the future.

On the other hand, we enjoy a technology that any generation before us never seen, nor they dreamed which is only possible at moment. Finally the message that epic 2015 conveyed was, and now is a chapter of our daily lives, and this video was almost predicted of what happening today.

The excitement of building a base web page.

For build a professional website needs an advanced development tools, or IDEs, and the design of cutting edge technology to overcome the demand of the market. However, in this blog post, we demonstrating the process of use base HTML to create a single page website. In facts, it is not the first time that I coded for HTML, but it was my first time that I only used a plain HTML with no style or scripting languages like JavaScript and CSS.

Eventually, when I finished the coding and I launched my html file in a google chrome web-browser. I feel that I achieved something meaningful which is not most likely possible outside the technology periphery. Also the important thing that I enjoyed during the time I was making the page was; the ability to code and tested right way in the spot. On top of that, some browsers has a cool developer tool which can help for code testing and correcting the mistakes, or bugs in the code. Finally this was a very good experience for me and a time of refresh my previous knowledge to code HTML and practicing for old-days coding environment tools like notepad.

Email vs Post office

Mailing system had been an effective tool of communication for long time. However, the invention of email took this well-known system of communication into a new direction. Today, email is one of the most widely used, and the most appropriate way of sending write communication into a recipient. Therefore, the upcoming body of this post, addresses how email and mail system are similar, or different.

To begin with, the standard way of sending email and mail, go for similar process, in which each follows a set of steps. For example, when someone sends an Email. It goes directly to the sender’s email-server, then it pass through and reaches the server of the email recipient.  Equally, when the sender drops his mail to the outgoing Mailbox. The local Post Office collects and transports the mail into a central processing plant which sends the mail to its final Post Office destination. Then the Post Offices processes again and delivers the mail to its addressee.

On top of that, both email and mail has an aim, objective and both carry for specific messages to their end-recipients as a form of write communication. Eventually, these has a consequence that relates for the efficiency and the effectiveness of sending an email, or mail to a use as a write communication.  First, the cost is a big factor which separates the two. For instance, it is easy to send so many emails with little cost, or no cost at all. But, sending a large number of mails could be costly compare to an email.

Finally, the time is also matter for the sending process. It only takes a few seconds or, less for an email to reach its final inbox. But it would take days for a mail reach its final destination and it is not the case, whether it is an express, priority or a regular mail.
